Server-side tracking / Conversion API

Give your ads proper conversion data again

  • Meta Conversion API and Google Enhanced Conversions
  • Server-side GTM, webhooks, CRM and offline events
  • Accurate events for requests, purchases, payments and statuses

When pixels, browsers and cookies lose part of the data, ads start learning worse. We configure server-side event transmission so ad systems see more quality conversions and optimize better.

What we configure

We build a clean conversion loop

From click and form to CRM status, payment and sending a quality event back to advertising.

Data

DataLayer and website events

We clean up form events, clicks, requests, cart events and user actions.

  • GA4 events
  • forms submit
  • custom triggers
BI

Analytics and control

We check which events arrive, where losses occur and how signal quality changes.

  • debug
  • event match quality
  • reporting

Before server-side tracking

  • some leads are invisible to ad systems
  • optimization runs on incomplete data
  • CRM statuses are not returned to advertising
  • it is hard to understand real CPA and ROMI

After setup

  • events are sent from the server
  • deduplication and quality control are in place
  • qualified leads and payments can be sent
  • ads receive more useful signals

Important

Not “install a pixel”, but build a system

A strong setup means an event scheme, deduplication, parameter quality, CRM logic and a check that ad systems actually receive useful data.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Why is Conversion API needed?

To send conversions from the server and reduce data loss caused by browsers, cookies, iOS and blockers.

Does it replace the pixel?

Usually not. The best setup is browser and server-side events together, with correct deduplication.

Can CRM statuses be sent?

Yes. You can send not only a request, but also a qualified lead, meeting, deal, payment or another important status.

How long does implementation take?

It depends on the website, CRM and number of events. We often start with an audit, then implement in stages.
