1. Terms and definitions
The Envidicy service is an informational electronic resource on the domain envidicy.kz and its subdomains, including software for user interaction with the system.
Administration (Contractor): Olivion LLP (BIN 250340021757), owner and operator of the Service.
User means an individual or legal entity registered and/or identified in the Service.
Account means access data (login/password). Personal data and content are processed under Kazakhstan law and the agreement terms.
2. Rights and obligations of the parties
The Administration may moderate, edit and delete information, block accounts in case of violations, update agreement terms and send service notifications.
The Administration undertakes to ensure confidentiality of personal data and provide technical support at support@envidicy.kz.
The User undertakes to provide accurate data, not transfer access to third parties, not use the service for unlawful purposes and comply with applicable law.
3. Registration and identification
Registration includes creating an account. Full functionality requires identification and acceptance of the public agreement for Envidicy software services.
Actions performed under the user login and password are considered actions of the user.
Without identification, access is limited to viewing information.
4. Liability and limitations
The Administration is not liable for service unavailability for reasons beyond its control or for losses caused by inability to use the service.
The User is responsible for the correctness of provided data and compliance with the terms of use.
5. Additional terms
- Official communication: support@envidicy.kz.
- Registration and use of the service means acceptance of the agreement terms.
- The User agrees to receive informational messages about service operation.
6. Final provisions
New versions of the agreement take effect upon publication. Disputes are resolved through negotiations; if no agreement is reached, they are resolved in court under the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
